This Privacy Policy describes how the Catholic Readings App ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to being transparent and to protecting your privacy.
We do not collect, store, or process any personal data. The App does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information of any kind. No names, email addresses, location data, or any other personally identifiable information are collected by us.
The App does not use any database, backend server, or cloud storage. All content is either bundled with the app or fetched from publicly available liturgical sources. Nothing about you or your usage is stored on our end.
The App displays advertisements served by third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob). These ad networks may collect certain non-personal or anonymized data to serve relevant ads. This may include:
Device identifiers (e.g. Advertising ID), IP address (may be used to determine general region), and general usage statistics provided by the ad SDK.

You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings under Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.
Other than the advertising SDK mentioned above, the App does not integrate any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or tracking services. We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any.
The App is suitable for general audiences, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your region). Since we collect no personal data at all, there is no risk of inadvertent collection from minors.
The App requests only the minimum permissions necessary to function. Any permissions used (such as internet access for loading readings or ads) are solely for the stated purpose of the App and are not used to collect personal data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
